Eligibility and Account Registration

You agree not to use our Services for any other purpose, including, without limitation, any commercial purpose, without the prior written consent of EDST.

You agree not to use our Services in any manner that:

• Infringes upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights
• Is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive

Compensation of Contractors and Referral Partners

EveryDay Success Team LLC ("EDST") engages a network of contractors and referral partners, who are compensated primarily through commission-based structures.

• General Compensation Framework: Contractors and referral partners are compensated based on a commission model, determined by performance metrics as predefined by EDST.
• Right to Modify Compensation Terms: EDST retains sole discretion to modify, revise, or update the compensation structure at any time.
• Notification of Changes: EDST commits to providing timely notification to all affected parties prior to implementing changes.
• Independent Contractor Status: Contractors and referral partners operate as independent entities and not as employees of EDST.

Program Description

Everyday Success Team (EDST) operates two text messaging programs for its customers:

• Account & security messages — login codes, password resets, and account service alerts for customers who provide a mobile number for account access.
• Marketing offers & updates — promotions, discounts, rewards, and portal notifications for customers who separately opt in to marketing texts.

Consent

Marketing messages are sent only to customers who opt in by checking an optional, unchecked consent box at checkout or in their customer portal. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Consent applies to Everyday Success Team only and is never transferred to any other business.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting Out & Help

Reply STOP to cancel and stop receiving messages at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact our support team at support@edst.com. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect account and security messages you request (like login codes).

Carriers & Privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Account Cancellation

To cancel your account with EDST, you must provide a written cancellation request via email to our support team at support@edst.com. Please include your account information and the reason for your cancellation. Upon receipt, we will process it within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, including but not limited to marketing, public relations, content creation, advertising, and software solutions, all services provided by EveryDay Success Team LLC are non-refundable.

While our services are non-refundable, we are deeply committed to ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Should you have any concerns or issues regarding the services rendered, we encourage you to contact us promptly.

Termination by EDST

We reserve the right to terminate your account without prior notice if you violate any terms and conditions of our Terms of Service or this Cancellation Policy. In the event of account termination by EDST, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
